Get More Rest
Not every change for the better has to involve cutting back on things that are enjoyable. If you’re not getting a full night’s sleep you likely wake up wishing you had more time in bed, and the good news is you can justify it as a healthy choice.
Cutting your sleep short has negative effects that ripple throughout your general health, so you should strive to get to bed at an hour where your body can wake up naturally every day.
Exercise in Style
One surprisingly simple way to make it easier to get in shape is to invest in some comfortable workout clothes. While what you’re wearing may not change how much you can lift or how far you can run, when you feel good you can perform better.
